QTS Santa Clara I & II
2805/2807 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA, 95054, US
QTS Santa Clara I and II are the two buildings on QTS's four-acre campus at 2805 Mission College Boulevard, rated together at 7.5 MW of critical power. The first building carries 39,510 sq ft of raised floor. The second, a 70,000 sq ft shell, opened its first 12,000 sq ft phase with 1.8 MW on 4 May 2011, giving the campus 5 MW at the time and doubling QTS's Silicon Valley space. The campus holds LEED Silver and Energy Star awards, with seismic bracing on in-house and customer equipment. Twelve networks and two exchanges, SFMIX and MegaIX Bay Area, meet on the campus, which also hosts China Telecom Americas' Silicon Valley point of presence. Buyers get leasable office space, conference rooms, configuration cages and EV charging on site, in the building pair that QTS first planned at 15 MW in May 2010.
