Evocative SJC7
534 Stockton Ave, San Jose, CA, 95126, US
Evocative SJC7 is a 21,000 sq ft data center at 534 Stockton Avenue in San Jose, fed from two separate PG&E substations. Evocative acquired it from 365 Data Centers in May 2017, and in September 2021 a cooling upgrade released a further 250 kW of IT load and cut annualized PUE from 2.1 to 1.35, with a 1.5 MW electrical upgrade scheduled for Q4 2022 behind it. Power is N+1 with A and B DC options and the cooling plant is 435 tons. Cogent, Zayo, Lumen, Verizon, AT&T, Bandwidth IG and Boldyn are on net alongside Evocative's own IP service, six networks register here, and dark fiber and waves run to Equinix SV1. SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3 and PCI DSS audits apply. The building also houses Evocative's Krypt bare-metal fleet, so cabinets and cages sit beside hosted servers on the same floor.
