H5 Data Centers Albuquerque
505 Marquette Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87102, US
H5 Data Centers Albuquerque occupies the 505 Marquette Avenue NW carrier hotel in downtown Albuquerque, a 225,000 sq ft building that H5 bought outright in June 2022 two years after an August 2020 expansion that more than doubled its floor as a tenant there. The building is the main interconnection point in New Mexico: ABQIX peers here with 12 member networks, 20 networks are present in total, with 25 on-net carriers and network providers, dark fiber and 100 Gbps services, plus access to Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Power is 2N at the UPS with generator-backed utility and 48 hours of diesel, and cooling runs N+1 at the chillers, cooling towers and CRAHs. Space runs from single cabinets and cages through private suites, turnkey wholesale halls and powered shell, so a carrier, an enterprise and a wholesale tenant can each take a different floor.
