3001 Coronado Drive is a 136,580 sq ft two-story building on CoreSite's Santa Clara campus, raised in 2015 and 2016 as a build-to-suit shell for a single cloud tenant and held on that basis since. SV6 carries no retail or wholesale colocation inventory, and its value to a colocation buyer is positional rather than transactional. The campus around it does sell: SV7 offers 227,000 sq ft aimed at high-density compute, SV8 adds 161,000 sq ft against an 18 MW critical load, and SV9 opened in July 2025 with 34 MW and NVIDIA DGX-Ready certification for GPU workloads. Dark fiber ties the buildings together and out to San Jose and Milpitas.
