Cinco is Rowan Digital Infrastructure's own name for a 440-acre build outside Lytle, Texas, and the first hyperscale campus the developer has taken on in the state. The land lies in Medina County, on the side of a town whose limits also run into Atascosa and Bexar. Rowan puts the scheme at 300 MW and the commitment at a minimum of $900 million, built to suit for a technology company it identifies only as one of the five largest in the United States. Construction was announced on 7 August 2025 and marked with a ceremonial groundbreaking on 15 September, attended by Medina County Judge Keith Lutz, Lytle Mayor Ruben Gonzalez and the town's education officials. Financing for the build closed that December, and Rowan is working to a 2027 completion. Neither a serving utility nor a substation has been named for it.
