733 West Henry Street is the larger and more network-dense of Netrality's two Indianapolis buildings, offering 40,000 sq ft of colocation with more than 36 unique on-net providers and 38 peering networks across three exchanges — the broadest interconnection base on the Indy Telcom campus. Netrality bought that eleven-building, 205,000 sq ft campus in July 2021 and acquired this building's operating business from Lifeline Data Centers in December 2022. Power arrives on diverse 12,470V feeders from the SouthWest Substation, cooling is a 300-ton N+1 chilled water plant with cold-aisle containment, and cabinets are built to a 3 to 5 kW standard with custom work to 10 kW. The site sits outside the 500-year floodplain.
