Netrality's Chicago building is the 1923 Swigart Building in the Loop financial district, a commercial structure that took AT&T as a tenant in 1993 and was redeveloped into a carrier hotel later that decade. Amerimar bought it in October 2014, rebranded to Netrality in 2015, and opened a purpose-built meet-me room early that year. At 100,000 sq ft it is the smallest site in the portfolio, and it trades on position rather than scale: roughly 1.3 fibre miles from 350 East Cermak, marketed as the junction where north-south and east-west domestic routes meet international networks. Cooling uses Kyoto energy wheels and Delta Cube units on a 600-ton N+1 chilled water plant.
