Netrality 701 West Henry Street
701 West Henry Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46225, US
701 West Henry Street holds the meet-me room for Netrality's nine-acre Indy Telcom Center campus south of downtown Indianapolis, with 14,500 sq ft of colocation floor. Netrality bought it from 365 Data Centers in April 2022, nine months after acquiring the 11-building campus, and in January 2023 extended interconnection from 733 West Henry so tenants there reach this MMR. The hall runs cold-aisle containment on a 200-ton N+1 chilled-water plant, with N+1 UPS, 1,300 gallons of generator fuel and two diverse entrances with innerduct to the MMR. 21 networks are present and two exchanges peer here, FD-IX Indianapolis and NetIX, while Megaport, Lumen Cloud Connect, Zayo CloudLink and Cloudflare supply the cloud paths. In July 2025 Netrality commissioned a 1 MW, 30 kW-per-cabinet hall on the campus and put 701 among the buildings receiving infrastructure upgrades. The site is audited for SOC 2 Type 2 and sells PCI-compliant cages, with vendor touchdown space and a loading dock.
