Thirty-five networks and five exchanges meet on the floor at TelcoHub 1: MyIX and NetIX, plus DE-CIX in three separate instances - its Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and ASEAN fabrics. That makes 3552 Jalan Teknokrat 6 the interconnection anchor of Cyberjaya, Selangor. More than 40 network service providers are reachable inside it, over 6,000 cores of regional and long-haul fibre land there, and cloud on-ramps run to AWS and Google. Digital Realty agreed on 19 January 2026 to buy CSF Advisers, the Malaysian company that built the hall as Computer Exchange 1 and still trades from it; CSF's own site now reads "CSF Advisers is now Digital Realty", and chief executive Billy Lee moved across with his team. The operating capacity is 1.5 MW, and an adjacent parcel bought in the same transaction supports up to 14 MW of IT load. The building itself also houses Telekom Malaysia's TM ONE CBJ5, so two operators sell from the same address.
