POR02A is the single building on STACK Infrastructure's 15-acre POR02 site at 8135 NE Evergreen Parkway in Hillsboro: 345,000 sq ft and 24 MW, the former Fortune Data Centers building that passed through Infomart into STACK's founding portfolio. In July 2022 STACK bought land beside its POR03 campus, taking its Portland total to 230 MW at full build with POR02's 24 MW alongside the 12 MW POR01 at 3145 NE Brookwood Parkway. Nine networks and two exchanges are present in the building, which sits on the Hillsboro fiber corridor with direct low-latency paths to the trans-Pacific cable landings on the Oregon coast. Halls and whole-building leases are the formats sold here, to enterprises and cloud providers.
