Cooling is 160 tons of DX plant in a hot-aisle/cold-aisle layout, and the floor is watched by 24/7 NOC staff with 90-day camera retention and biometric entry. The site was one of three Atmosera facilities Digital Fortress acquired in January 2021, and it sits across the street from Portland 3 at 9610 SW Sunshine Court, which has a direct fiber path into it. Comcast, CenturyLink, Level 3 and Zayo are on site, the floor is a member of the Northwest Access Exchange, and five networks and one exchange are present. Space is sold by the rack, cabinet, floor or whole building.
