Digital Fortress North Seattle
4200 194th St. SW, Lynnwood, WA, 98036, US
The Lynnwood building at 4200 194th Street SW, 16 miles north of Seattle, is the Rackhouse Seattle data center that Lincoln Rackhouse and Principal Real Estate bought in May 2019 and leased in its entirety to Digital Fortress that September. The lease covers 47,820 sq ft and 5.4 MW of hydro-fed capacity, giving Digital Fortress its third Puget Sound floor and its only one north of the city. Eight networks reach the building, and it rides the private 10G dark-fiber ring that links the Lynnwood, downtown Seattle and Tukwila floors to the Westin Building Exchange and the Seattle Internet Exchange. Digital Fortress has published no spec sheet for the building, so density, cooling plant and audited certifications for this floor are unstated. Cabinets, cages and whole-floor deployments are the formats available here.
