55 Marietta Street is a 21-story, 403,000 sq ft tower in downtown Atlanta that RadiusDC bought from a European family office in December 2025 with a plan to add 8 MW of utility capacity and take the site to 18 MW. Completed in 1958 as the Fulton National Bank Building, it now runs as a carrier hotel with two meet-me rooms, one controlled by the landlord and one by CoreSite, and 22 carriers in the building including AT&T, Cogent, Comcast, Lumen, Verizon, Windstream and Zayo. Digital Realty's 56 Marietta stands directly across the street. Five networks and one exchange peer in the landlord-side Colo at 55 suite. A buyer here takes cabinets or a suite in a building whose next 8 MW is already in the utility queue.
