101 Aquila Way (ATL11)
101 Aquila Way, Austell, GA, 30122, US
ATL11 at 101 Aquila Way is a 313,000 sq ft single-storey building west of Atlanta, constructed by Exodus Communications in 1999, acquired by Digital Realty in 2006 and leased in full to Google until 2011. It was built as sole-tenant capacity, with uninterruptible power at N+1, cooling at N+2 — heavier than either building the operator markets in the metro — and N+1 standby generation. Digital Realty removed it from its Atlanta listings during 2025 and its interconnection registry entry has since been deleted, with one directory reporting the building stripped and vacant while another still shows it commissioned. Atlanta colocation is sold from the two uptown buildings at 56 Marietta Street and 250 Williams Street.
