DC BLOX Atlanta West
1701 North River Road, Lithia Springs, GA, 30122, US
DC BLOX markets Atlanta West as a hyperscale campus rather than a colocation hall: three buildings at 1701 North River Road in Lithia Springs, 1,370,000 sq ft in all, of which 498,000 sq ft remains to be taken. Committed and planned critical load across the campus is 200 MW, and the building still available carries 80 MW. Greystone Power Cooperative is the electric supplier. DC BLOX runs dark fibre from the campus to 55 and 56 Marietta Street and 180 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta, and onward to its Myrtle Beach cable landing station, so a tenant here reaches the Atlanta carrier hotels on the operator's own strands. North River Road is a dense stretch: Flexential's ATL5 sits directly opposite at 1700, and Microsoft's 261,495 sq ft building is next door at 1601. DC BLOX's interconnection halls sit elsewhere in its estate - ATL1 at 6 West Druid Hills Drive NE, with Chattanooga, Huntsville, Birmingham, Greenville and Myrtle Beach behind it - which places Atlanta West at the wholesale end of the portfolio.
