Its dark fibre runs downtown to 55 Marietta Street, the Colo Atl building American Tower transferred to CoreSite on 8 June 2022. Fulton County records the land under Dolly Properties LLC of Tyrone, at a 2026 fair market value of $171,800 in the Campbelltown tax allocation district.

What is the Atlanta edge site physically?
A 360 sq ft prefabricated module built by EdgePresence, sited on the ground at a cell-tower compound in Ben Hill in south-west Atlanta rather than inside a building. It runs N+1 with a UPS, a generator and wall-mounted DX air conditioning.
How much power does the module carry?
100 kW across eight customer positions, configured as three full cabinets and twenty quarter-cabinet lockers.
Where does its fibre land?
Downtown at 55 Marietta Street NW. American Tower transferred that building to CoreSite on 8 June 2022, together with 1130 Powers Ferry Place in Marietta and 9701 South John Young Parkway in Orlando.
