TierPoint Allentown-TekPark, PA
9999 Hamilton Boulevard, Allentown, PA, 18031, US
TekPark is the largest raised-floor plate TierPoint operates in Pennsylvania: 96,000+ square feet of it inside a 122,000+ square foot building at 9999 Hamilton Boulevard in Breinigsville, in the Lehigh Valley about an hour north of Philadelphia and ninety minutes west of Manhattan. Twenty-three generators back it, fifteen rated 2.5 MW and eight rated 2 MW, with 36 hours of fuel on site. A DWDM wave runs into 60 Hudson Street, so a tenant here reaches New York carrier density without paying New York power or real estate rates. TierPoint also sells 8,000+ square feet of business-continuity seating in the building, which matters to firms that need people working, not just servers running, after an outage.
