US Signal MI01 at 4765 Barden Court in Kentwood is the flagship of the company's two Grand Rapids data centers, built in 2014 and expanded in 2016 near its West Michigan headquarters. The Tier 3 facility runs 2,200 kW of 2N UPS with 3,000 kW of 2N generation on 3,000 kVA utility feeds and 550 tons of N+1 cooling, carrying a 99.999% uptime SLA. Nine on-net carriers plus US Signal's multi-state fiber backbone connect the site, with ITAR and GDPR attestations on top of the standard compliance stack.
