H5 Data Centers Cleveland
1625 Rockwell Ave, Cleveland, OH, 44114, US
The Cleveland Technology Center at 1525–1625 Rockwell Avenue is H5 Data Centers' 351,000 sq ft carrier hotel in downtown Cleveland, bought from ByteGrid in January 2017 and rated for 10 MW. On 12 June 2026 H5 filed plans for $30 million of work in the building, a 59,720 sq ft data-center fit-out on floors two and four of Building 4 plus new backup generators on the St. Clair Avenue frontage. The plant is 2N throughout: UPS, generators with 48 hours of diesel, chillers, cooling towers and CRAHs. Five exchanges peer here, Ohio IX, CL-IX, NEO-IX, FD-IX Ohio and Amateur IX, alongside 20 networks and 23 on-net providers offering dark fiber and 100 Gbps services, with private connections to AWS and Azure. The building is audited for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, qualifies for Ohio's full sales-and-use tax abatement on data-center equipment, and buys power under $0.06 per kWh. Cabinets, suites and wholesale floors are available.
