1531 Commonwealth Business Dr, Units 404-408, Tallahassee, FL, 32303, US
EdgeConneX TAL01 occupies Units 404 to 408 at 1531 Commonwealth Business Drive, an 11,810 sq ft facility six miles from downtown Tallahassee and seven from the airport, with 3,778 sq ft of raised floor for tenant racks, the smallest floor among the company's Florida buildings. EdgeConneX announced it in March 2015 alongside Jacksonville and Miami for a go-live at the end of that second quarter. Even at 3,778 sq ft the floor is rated for 20 kW per cabinet and 600 W per sq ft, with a 30-inch underfloor plenum fed by N+1 CRACs in separate suites and N+1 PDU, UPS and generators that can be serviced without taking the hall down. Three networks are on site, with Cloudflare, Comcast, Lumen, Uniti and WhiteSky entering through diverse points of entry to separate meet-me rooms. Cabinets and small cages are sold here, with customer work space and remote hands on site.
