EdgeConneX ATL02 at 1101 Donnelly Avenue SW is a 91,980 sq ft building in southwest Atlanta with 11,219 sq ft of raised floor in two completed data halls and four further shells already built for expansion. ATL02 carries 9 MW of colocation capacity today and is planned for 14 MW, while its sibling ATL01 at 1003 Donnelly holds 2.1 MW in 29,527 sq ft. In December 2020 Bandwidth IG brought metro dark fiber into the two-building campus, which then totalled over 120,000 sq ft. Power is concurrently maintainable at N+1 or better through PDU, UPS and generators, cooling comes from N+1 CRACs in separate suites over a 30-inch underfloor plenum, and the floor takes 20 kW per cabinet. Six networks and the CIX-ATL exchange are on site, with Megaport reaching AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle. A standard cross-connect tethers ATL02 to ATL01 in three days or less.
