RadiusDC 1500 Champa
1500 Champa Street, Denver, CO, 80202, US
1500 Champa is a three-story, 138,116 sq ft carrier building in downtown Denver that an IPI Partners affiliate bought from Morgan Reed Group in December 2021, then relaunched in September 2022 as the first site of its RadiusDC metro-edge brand, now marketed under STACK Infrastructure. The colocation build inside it is 30,000 sq ft in two data halls of 6,750 sq ft each, with 3 MW of concurrently maintainable N+1 critical load ready for service, 5 MW of total critical capacity and a further 2 MW of expansion mapped to 15,000 sq ft of additional floor. Utility comes from Xcel Energy's California substation with dedicated N+1 generators, and floors carry 3,000 lb cabinets. The building meet-me room holds 20 carriers including long-haul providers, while 10 networks list the site publicly. A security operations center, 24x7 NOC and touchdown offices sit beside the halls, so a buyer can take a cage today with a contiguous expansion path already engineered.
