Six buildings and 1.8 million sq ft are proposed on the east side of Milford Road in New Hudson, south of the Huron Valley Trail crossing, on a site of between 172 and 180 acres in Lyon Township, Oakland County. Verrus, the developer, is backed by Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners, and the scheme is filed under the working name Project Flex. The Lyon Township Planning Commission granted conditional site-plan approval on 8 September 2025, subject to an independent review of the noise study and to an energy audit. In January 2026 the township said it might revisit that approval and took written questions from residents until 8 February 2026. Power would come from DTE Energy through a new substation built for the campus, with batteries and diesel generators behind it. Capacity has not been disclosed and no tenant has been named.
