Flexential Nashville – Franklin Data Center
4600 Carothers Parkway, Franklin TN, 37067, Franklin, TN, 37067, US
The Franklin data center at 4600 Carothers Parkway holds 80,000 square feet against 6 MW of critical power for high-density workloads, the largest and most powerful of Flexential's three Nashville-area buildings. It sits in the same Williamson County corporate corridor as the Cool Springs facility a few minutes away, but carries nearly double the power, which makes it the growth destination for a tenant outgrowing either of the smaller sites. Nashville's healthcare industry concentration and Tennessee's absence of state income tax have pulled a steady stream of corporate relocations south of the city. The service guarantee runs to 100% on power, cooling, network and bandwidth, backed by one company-wide audit spanning HITRUST, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53 and ITAR.
