EdgeConneX NAS01 is Building 3 at 1841 Air Lane Drive, a 42,500 sq ft facility four miles from downtown Nashville and 4.5 miles from the airport, with 9,355 sq ft of raised floor for tenant racks. Established in 2014, it is the larger of the company's two Tennessee buildings by floor, with two-thirds more raised floor than Memphis. Across its 9,355 sq ft the floor supports 20 kW per cabinet and 600 W per sq ft, with N+1 CRACs in separate suites blowing through a 30-inch underfloor plenum, N+1 PDU, UPS and generators maintained without downtime, and real-time branch circuit monitoring on every circuit. The EPA has certified NAS01 ENERGY STAR. Five networks are on site, including AT&T, Charter, Cogent, Comcast, Hurricane Electric, Lumen and Zayo, entering through diverse points of entry into physically separate meet-me rooms. Cabinets and caged space are sold here, with remote hands and secure customer storage on site.
