The Johnstown campus is Cologix's largest development: 154 acres in Licking County, Ohio, bought from an affiliate of the New Albany Company in September 2024 and announced two months later as a planned eight-building AI-ready campus of roughly two million square feet and 800 MW. The committed first phase covers 150 acres at 75 MW of initial power with a path to 176 MW, carrying a fifteen-year hundred-percent property tax abatement from the City of Johnstown and a share of a $42.3 million state sales-tax exemption approved on 1 June 2026 — the last such approval Ohio granted before pausing the program. Two buildings are under construction toward completion around 2027. For a buyer sizing Midwest capacity for 2027 and beyond this is the Cologix development to watch; nothing on the campus is bookable today.
