Dane County Data Exchange operates its flagship Madison facility at 4916 E Broadway, Madison, Wisconsin, positioned midway between Chicago and Minneapolis. The carrier-neutral, Tier 3, concurrently maintainable building offers up to 18 MW and is subdivided into twelve private 2,800-square-foot sections, with dedicated pods available from 3,000 to 24,000 square feet and support for 200-plus watts per square foot. Retail colocation is available across suites, cages, footprints, private and partial cabinets, individual servers, bare-metal servers and public cloud instances, with remote hands and rooftop access. DCDE describes an array of network service providers reachable via secure conduits and diverse entrance facilities, enabling redundant connections to carriers, exchanges and capital-markets networks. The operator is building a second, high-density campus nearby on Dairy Drive.
