A separate net neutrality complaint from consumer and digital-rights groups was filed with the German regulator in April 2025 and has not been decided. Transit, by contrast, is straightforwardly for sale, over a backbone put at 150 Tbps, on ports at 1, 10, 100 and 400 gigabit.
