About CIX

Croatia's exchange is coordinated by the University of Zagreb's computing centre and dates to 1999. 39 members connect. Admission carries a one-time EUR 400 administrative fee, then monthly connection fees excluding VAT of EUR 150 at 1G, EUR 450 for a first 10G and EUR 225 for each additional 10G, and EUR 1,600 at 100G. Route servers for multilateral peering are included in that fee rather than charged separately, and multilateral peering itself is optional. A single rack unit of colocation at the main site is EUR 30 a month.
