Costa Rica's exchange is run by NIC Costa Rica, the national ccTLD registry, which sits inside the country's National Academy of Sciences. 43 members connect, among them LACNIC, LACTLD, ICANN, Packet Clearing House and NSRC alongside the major Costa Rican operators and cooperatives.
