About Hopus

HOPUS is a fully routed exchange rather than a layer-2 peering LAN — the operator says plainly that a traceroute will show all the hops — reaching buildings across France, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Germany. 60 networks connect (Aug 2026). A 10 Gb/s port is EUR 200 a month with no setup fee, 100 Gb/s is EUR 900, and 400 Gb/s carries a EUR 2,900 setup. One route server sits at each site.
