About OmahaIX
OmahaIX was established in 2014 by the IP consulting firm Mankato Networks and bought in 2020 by 1623 Farnam, the carrier-neutral data centre it sits in, which owns and runs it today. 52 networks connect. The published price card, on a 36-month contract with the exchange-side optic included, runs USD 300 a month and USD 450 to set up at 1G, USD 300 and USD 750 at 10G, USD 900 and USD 1,250 at 40G, and USD 1,100 and USD 1,400 at 100G, with 400G on quote. Two route servers answer on AS11839, and community strings let a participant control which peers see a prefix.
