365 Data Centers – Bridgewater, NJ
999 Frontier Rd, Bridgewater Township, NJ, 08807, US
Bridgewater sits on the fibre-rich Magic Mile corridor about 40 miles from Manhattan, positioned deliberately between the Philadelphia and New York footprints for continuity work. It is the ex-New York Internet building, acquired in September 2019 along with more than 120 enterprise customers, which sets it apart from its ex-SunGard sibling at Carlstadt. Roughly 300 combination-locking cabinets sit on 25,600 sq ft with 2.3 MW live and 20 MW available for expansion — the largest published headroom in the portfolio. MegaIX New York is hosted here, a Megaport PoP arrived in July 2025, and the roof is available for customer satellite equipment.
