Aligned Salt Lake City Campus

Three buildings share one address at 3333 W 9000 S in West Jordan: SLC-01, SLC-02 and SLC-03, on a 55-acre campus in the Salt Lake valley. SLC-03 was announced on 22 June 2022 as a build-to-scale project for a single customer and added more than 100 MW on its own; Aligned publishes no per-building figures for the two earlier structures. It is also the building that earned Green Globes for New Construction at the three-globe rating from the Green Building Initiative, announced on 29 October 2024. Construction across the campus is concrete slab-on-grade with structured steel. Aligned's fourth Salt Lake metro building, SLC-04, is a separate site at 6368 W Beagley Road in West Valley City. Ownership changed in July 2026, when AIP, MGX and BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners closed their purchase from Macquarie Asset Management at about a $40bn enterprise value.
