Power capacity
150 MW

A 37-hectare plot in the Kupariteollisuuspuisto copper industry park at Pori, on Finland's west coast, carries ASP DC's first project outside Norway. The company agreed on 3 December 2025 to buy CompassForge Real Estate I, the vehicle holding the land, from CompassForge Ventures, and has put the build-out at EUR 1.65 billion. Plans run to 300-400 MW at full extent, with a first phase of 150 MW targeted for commercial service in early 2027 and construction due to begin during 2026. Building permits for the two planned Pori data centres became legally binding in April 2026, which the city's director of vitality and environment confirmed even as a dispute between their owners continued. Nothing has been built: ASP lists Pori as greenfield with a twelve-month readiness horizon.
