Longbridge is the old MG Rover works in south Birmingham, redeveloped from the mid-2000s, and Atos runs one of its two Birmingham-area data centres on it for its own managed hosting rather than selling capacity from it. The company describes air-to-air cooling at the site. In September 2023 Atos took the European Commission's EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres energy efficiency award in the Corporate Participant category, naming Longbridge along with its separate Birmingham building and its German site at Fürth - the only company nominated for two countries that year.
