Centeris South Hill SH2, at 1015 39th Ave SE in Puyallup, Washington, is the second data center building on Centeris Data Centers' 86-acre South Hill campus. Geared toward scalable enterprise, cloud, and service-provider deployments, it offers between 80,000 and 174,000 square feet of customizable white space, with build-outs of 12 to 24 MW commissioned in roughly 9 to 12 months. The campus is fed by dual 50 MW substations expandable to 100 MW, cooled by an evaporative system using 100% outside air and powered by hydroelectric and wind energy. Tenants share the campus carrier meet-me-room for cross-connects and diverse fiber, and the building is positioned for connectivity toward Asia via the operator's Transpacific Hub. The campus is LEED Gold certified.
