Four buildings of 50 MW each, plus a central office and administration block, are planned across a 70-acre site south-west of Oklahoma City, with 30 MW of grid power targeted for late 2026 and the campus reaching 200 MW on a blend of grid and behind-the-meter supply. The design is aimed at racks of 150 kW and above, with two fibre providers on site and about 2 ms of latency to Dallas. The schedule now turns on zoning: Oklahoma City adopted a moratorium on new data centres on 21 April 2026, running to the end of the year or until the zoning code is amended, and this campus was not among the projects the council exempted.
