ColoHouse New York
1 Ramland Road, Orangeburg, NY, 10962, US
ColoHouse's Orangeburg site at 1 Ramland Road now sells as Hivelocity NYC4 after ColoHouse bought Hivelocity on April 2, 2024 and moved the location page to the Hivelocity brand. The halls sit inside 1547 Critical Systems Realty's 232,000 sq ft building, where 24 MW is provisioned with 2N distribution from an on-site substation approved for 50 MW with feeds from both New York and New Jersey. ColoHouse's own footprint grew by 15,000 sq ft across two data halls and 1 MW in May 2022 to hold bare metal inventory. Raised-floor cabinets draw 20 kW, two networks peer here, and the transit blend includes Cogent, Lumen, Zayo, Lightpath, Crown Castle and Zenfi with sub-millisecond paths to 60 Hudson, 111 8th Avenue and 65 Halsey. The building sits in a New York sales-and-use tax exemption zone and FEMA flood zone X. Buyers take cabinets or bare metal servers here.
