Cyfuture keeps its Noida data halls inside its own building in the Noida Special Economic Zone, Phase II, using two floors of a 35,000 sq ft property. Only about 2,000 sq ft of that is sellable whitespace, and the balance carries plant, offices and the company's cloud and GPU business. More than 500 rack positions sit under 2.7 m clear height on a floor rated for two tonnes per Rittal rack, cooled by Uniflair precision units in N+1 at 150 tons with headroom to 500. Generators run N+1 on 5,000 litres of diesel for up to 48 hours, and the UPS plant holds four hours at full load. Tata Communications, Bharti Airtel, BSNL and Vodafone are named on the fibre ring into the site. Published power differs by source: the operator's own specification gives 500 kVA in one place and 1 MVA in another. The Tier III wording the company uses points to ANSI/TIA-942, and no Uptime Institute award stands in Cyfuture's name.

Frequently asked questions
How much of the Noida building is sellable whitespace?
About 2,000 sq ft of a 35,000 sq ft property. The remainder of the two data centre floors carries plant and Cyfuture's own cloud and GPU platform.
Which certification scheme does the Tier III claim refer to?
ANSI/TIA-942. Cyfuture's own wording for its Jaipur site names that standard, and the company holds no Uptime Institute award.
What cooling and backup plant is installed at the Noida site?
Uniflair precision units in N+1 at 150 tons, expandable to 500; N+1 generators on 5,000 litres of diesel for up to 48 hours; and UPS capacity for four hours at full load. Suppression is FM200 with VESDA detection.
Which carriers does Cyfuture name at Noida?
Tata Communications, Bharti Airtel, BSNL and Vodafone, on a fibre ring into the building.
What should a buyer pin down before signing at Noida?
The contracted electrical feed. Cyfuture's published figures range from 500 kVA on its site specification to megawatt numbers elsewhere, so the committed capacity is worth having in writing.
