DFW17 is the smallest of the five buildings CyrusOne has registered on its Bosque County campus at FM 56 and CR 3610A, outside Whitney: 88,874 sq ft of shell and core, a single-storey data centre with a two-storey office block, at a construction cost of $375 million. Work started on 1 October 2025 with completion set for 31 December 2026, so nothing is live here yet. JHET Architects drew this building and the other four. The campus - DFW10, DFW11, DFW17, DFW17B and DFW17C - could reach 400 MW at full build-out, and CyrusOne's Texas index still lists only Carrollton, Lewisville, Allen, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners have owned CyrusOne since taking it private in March 2022.
