CyrusOne NYM2 – Totowa
50 Madison Road, Totowa, NJ, 07512, US
CyrusOne NYM2 at 50 Madison Road in Totowa, New Jersey, 17 miles from Midtown Manhattan, is the former Cervalis site that CyrusOne took over when its $400 million Cervalis purchase closed on July 1, 2015. The data center floor is 50,000 sq ft on a 36-inch raised floor with 6 MW of IT capacity, alongside 60,000 sq ft of work-area recovery seats; the two-building campus totals 200,000 sq ft, while the 2019 refinancing of the property recorded the building at 125,871 sq ft completed in 2009. Cooling is 2,500 tons N+1 from water-cooled centrifugal chillers. The building sits above the 500-year flood line behind a K4-rated perimeter fence with biometric readers and motion sensors. Three networks and MegaIX New York meet here, and CyrusOne's National IX links the floor to its other sites. Buyers take cabinets, cages or recovery seats here.
