Thailand's Board of Investment approved an 84 MW data centre for the Navanakorn Industrial Estate at Khlong Nueng in Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani, within a package of approvals reported in November 2025. The developer is NextGen Data Center and Cloud Services Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of DAMAC Digital, and the investment attached to the approval is THB 26.7 billion, close to USD 826 million. Navanakorn PCL manages the estate privately; it fronts Phahonyothin Road about 40 km north of central Bangkok. The same estate holds a separate and larger approval - 200 MW at THB 54.9 billion, granted to Zenith Data Centre and Cloud Services. Nothing has yet been built on the DAMAC plot.
