The Houston-based boutique operator acquired the Tier 3 facility from Bed Bath & Beyond in July 2024, repurposing the former corporate data center for multi-tenant colocation. The site offers up to 30 MW of power and retail colocation across suites, cages, footprints, private and partial cabinets, individual servers, bare-metal servers, public cloud instances and remote hands. Its location sits within a fast-growing western North Carolina data center corridor that includes Microsoft's roughly $1 billion regional investment across Conover, Hickory and Maiden.
