Seventy-two megawatts under one roof is hyperscale territory, and it is available in a market that now competes directly with Northern Virginia for AI capacity while offering land and power that Loudoun County no longer can. FedRAMP cloud, DataBank Cloud and DataBank Metal are all available in-region, which matters for federal and defense workloads placed outside the Washington corridor.
