DFW3 is DataBank's flagship Plano building, 72,230 square feet of IT space on 12 megawatts of critical load, N+1 power and cooling, 10 kW+ per cabinet, with the campus's full 41-carrier ecosystem on net. It is the conventional-density counterpart to DFW8 next door: the building for production platforms, databases and enterprise workloads that need interconnection and reliability rather than GPU power envelopes. Being on one campus with DFW8 means a tenant can put training capacity in one building and the inference and application tier in the other, cross-connected locally, which is the architecture most AI-adopting enterprises actually end up with.
