The Galleria is where Houston's financial, legal and corporate headquarters sit, and mirrored power inside that district is aimed squarely at the trading, treasury and claims systems that cannot ride through a transfer event. It is also the closest DataBank building to the city centre, which matters when hardware has to be touched inside an hour.
