The Lithia Springs campus is 95 acres on Bakers Ferry Road in South Fulton, twenty minutes west of downtown Atlanta, holding ATL5 and ATL6 — 400,200 square feet of IT space and 120 megawatts of critical load from an on-site Georgia Power substation, both buildings supporting 30 kW per cabinet on air and more than 100 kW liquid-cooled. DataBank owns the land beneath the campus outright, part of a deliberate strategy of controlling the real estate under its data centers so that new capacity can be delivered on its own schedule rather than a landlord's. Atlanta has become the Southeast's primary AI and hyperscale market on the strength of Georgia Power capacity and land availability west of the city, and this campus is the operator's position in it.
