Fallgatter 11 in Dortmund-Huckarde is a two-storey new build of 2,600 m2, put up in nine months for close to 10 million euros and inaugurated on 16 October 2017 after the foundation stone was laid that May. It took DOKOM21's total data-centre floor area to 4,600 m2, which the company calls the largest in North Rhine-Westphalia. TUV Rheinland has certified the building to DIN EN 50600, and the CAT III wording in DOKOM21's material refers to that standard's availability class. The site also hosts Ruhr-CIX, an exchange DOKOM21 operates itself on a DE-CIX platform, with nine networks and presence at three Ruhr buildings: Huckarde, GFR's data centre in Herne and GELSEN-NET in Gelsenkirchen. On-net at Fallgatter are AS15763, DOKOM21's own network, and AS16024, GELSEN-NET's.
