Fossefall calls Fyresdal its first AI factory: a GPU-as-a-service site in the Telemark municipality, already running when the company acquired the site vehicle Fyresdal Datacenter AS on 25 November 2025. Grid capacity is licensed, and Fossefall says the expansion needs no more power than that licence already provides. The corporate stack is new - a holding company registered in July 2025, operating and property vehicles incorporated in early 2026, a NOK 500 million Series A, and a second Nordic site at Jokkmokk in Sweden. The 500 MW-by-2030 figure is a group target, not this site's.
